Translation Buyer Membership Agreement

By completing this registration process you are agreeing to all of the terms listed herein; please read carefully.

General

  1. This agreement is between TDABids (distributed by Translatus Multilingual Solutions, Incorporated of Delaware, United States of America) and the translation buyer. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time and will announce these changes on the TDABids home page. By continuing to access this service the user automatically agrees to comply with the new terms and conditions.
  2. TDABids is only a portal for linguistic service providers and their clients to meet on line. We will not participate in negotiations between parties.
  3. It is the responsibility of the translation buyer to keep his/her username and password confidential as well as to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date.

Rules and Conditions

  1. Registration with and usage of TDABids is completely free of charge.
  2. TDABids reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership to/from anyone at anytime.
  3. The official language of TDABids is English. All contact with support personnel is required to be in English and all personal data or project information included on the site should be in English where possible.
  4. Payment for projects is to be coordinated by translation buyers and their translators and without the involvement of TDABids. Translation buyers are expected to submit payment to the translator on-time and in full. Failure to meet payment requirements may result in the revocation of TDABids membership.
  5. Once a document has been submitted by a translator in completed form the translation buyer will have 10 (ten) days to review the project. During this time the translation buyer has the option to accept, decline, or comment on the translation. If the translation buyer takes no action by the end of the tenth day the translation buyer automatically assumes acceptance and approval of the translation in question and no longer has the opportunity to request corrections or post other complaints.
  6. As translations are not performed by TDABids staff we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of translations. It is the translation buyer's responsibility to review translations and to coordinate changes with the translator directly. If the translation buyer is dissatisfied with the quality of the translation, their only recourses are to contribute to the translators overall performance rating on TDABids and to refrain from using the translator for future projects.
  7. TDABids is available for use by anyone possessing the right to form a legally binding contract according to applicable laws and is not available for use by minors.

Termination of Use

  1. If you object to any terms and conditions of this agreement, including subsequent modifications, or are otherwise dissatisfied in anyway your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of TDABids.
  2. If a membership is terminated for any reason the former user immediately loses access to their TDABids account. No effort will be made by TDABids to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party and any information stored in the users account will be deleted.
